Outside of our design office, the engineers of RNP Associates Limited are experienced site supervisors and checkers. We can inspect your temporary works installations for correctness and will issue the appropriate paperwork confirming their suitability for use. For schemes that have been unable to be installed in accordance with the design due to site constraints / changes to construction operation / unavailability of equipment etc, we can attend your site to survey the existing condition and advise you on the appropriate remedials to ensure the temporary works remain structurally adequate and safe.

We can also react to changes in schemes due to unforeseen circumstances. Working within the contracting environment we are all too aware of existing works and ground works revealing unexpected conditions that can halt construction activity. It is times such as these where RNP Associates Limited can deliver appropriate solutions. In the unfortunate event of structural instability and where getting emergency equipment is paramount, by appointing RNP Associates Limited we can make sure appropriate precautions are in place to resist any further movement. We will review the scheme following stabilisation of the works to ensure that the correct level of temporary works is installed.

For all site inspections undertaken by RNP Associates Limited, we will compose and issue a comprehensive report on our findings, and when instructed will provide the necessary recommendations.
