We offer feasibility studies on your project, and undertake a full dimensional survey of your property to ensure it is accurately reproduced into drawings using the latest AutoCad software when ‘as-built’ information is unavailable. The drawings with the proposals are prepared often with high quality three-dimensional rendered images clearly detailing your scheme and are submitted for ‘Planning Approval’ after you agree with the alterations. The majority of structural alterations/improvements do warrant Building Regulation Approval. We will prepare all relevant documentation on you behalf for submission should you wish and using our knowledge of structures will provide a bespoke engineering solution for your build.
