We are not bound by any one supplier or installer of temporary works equipment. We seek to provide you solely with the most practical and appropriate engineering solution to your problem considering safety, cost and buildability. Where proprietary equipment is unsuitable, we will develop, design, and detail a bespoke solution to ensure your construction process can be undertaken as safely and efficiently as possible.
Our engineering solutions are analysed using modern computer techniques to be sure temporary works schemes delivered to you are not over-designed. We are not suppliers of equipment so our priority is providing you with a safe and economical design rather than hiring you as much kit as possible.
We can operate to your company’s Quality and Health and Safety Procedures, where required, but for those who are yet to establish in-house paperwork, we have developed our own procedural systems to ensure temporary works operations are controlled safely and are signed off for safe use.
We are happy to prepare and/or check Method Statements for all construction activities and can complete Approval in Principal (AIP), Railtrack Form C and other contractual documentation to allow construction activity to proceed.
Although Temporary Works design is our core business, you will also find our structural solutions to permanent works are competitively priced. We can provide our clients within the commercial/industrial market sector the facility to plan and design for structural alterations/improvements.
